We are all falling into a routine now and the kittens are very at home in our house. They are comfortable around the kids and don’t scare as easily as during the first few days. Hickory is also getting braver about exploring his territory!

Cautious Annabel
This evening, we all had a fabulous time playing outside. The whole family was out, even Annabel, after spending 2 days indoors because of her bee sting experience. She was nervous about coming outside but plopped herself down in the corner, by the back door, and stayed there happily for most of the evening.

Hickory the Hunter
Hickory had a whale of a time exploring the shrubs and freshly mown lawn. He is going to be a real hunter – it was so funny watching him crouching down low, in 1 inch of grass!

Photoshoot
I finally took the opportunity, in my favorite natural light, green outdoor setting, to work on a proper photoshoot for our newest family members. Annabel would not budge from her corner, but she was a great little model, looking into the camera every time I called her name! Hickory, however was far too busy having adventures in the garden to pay any attention to me. Can you spot the kitty?!

Soccer cat
My husband and son started kicking a soccer ball around, as the sun was setting. Hickory pricked up his ears immediately! After watching keenly for a while, he decided to join in with chasing the ball! We all had a hilarious time!
